These last few blogs have been about bringing awareness to some of the emotions that you’re undoubtedly feeling during this “Planetary Pause.” They were deep dives into understanding fear, anxiety and sadness. If you missed any, go here to check them out.
Since you’re probably being “forced” to spend lots of time with yourself, without the usual busy-ness to distract you, these next few blogs are an opportunity to do some introspection.
Each blog will have inspirational tidbits to en-courage focused contemplation, as well conscious action taken from a trusting, empowered, (and maybe even a) daring place.
Why look inside
Looking inward opens your awareness, your consciousness, your truth. It allows you to get in touch with false notions, judgments, fears and make conscious choices based on love.
This may sound paradoxical, but it's the 'action of non-action,' BE-ing, rather than DO-ing.
In this society, do-do-DO-ing is overwhelmingly encouraged. You’ve probably mastered it in your 40+ work week and constant lifestyle and family maintenance.
BE-ing is a big challenge for most, and you’re probably sitting face-to-face with it right now on your couch.
What is BE-ing?
BE-ing is what goes on inside you, your consciousness, your thoughts, your beliefs, your fears. It’s feeling or knowing something intuitively or factually. It encompasses your experiences, your truths, your true intentions.
It’s how deserving you truly believe you are.
BE-ing is first in the correct order of the “Be-Do-Have Cycle of Life.”
Like BE-ing a ballet dancer inside first, DO-ing some classes to learn techniques and then HAVE-ing results.
When you switch the order and try to DO or HAVE first, life gets screwy. Really screwy.
Inner-Action Offering #1
Here is your first offering to focus in on and ponder. This nugget of BE-ing is something great to practice in any trying situation:
Acceptance means allowing and trusting. To many it implies surrendering or giving up, but it’s actually a very empowering, Higher Consciousness place to be. Especially now.
Acceptance is choosing to view this time as an ebb, something that’s taking you from one place to another. This “natural” time often occurs as you move from fear to empowerment.
Acceptance is seeing this time as preparation, getting you ready for your next step even if you're clueless as to what that will be. Like a seed planted deeply in soil, this time can be so very growth-full if you accept what’s happening.
Acceptance is knowing you’re gathering speed to get you to your next level. Envision it like Tarzan needing to swing backwards to grab his next vine.
Acceptance is trusting this time is integration of the work you’ve done to get here. It's knowing that everything in your life has led you here, ready and able.
Acceptance means an opportunity to clean up your past so you feel more deserving of your next step.
Acceptance means learning whatever Big Lessons are being presented to you.
Acceptance is releasing the old so you can welcome the next part of your journey with open arms.
How can you practice acceptance right now?
This blog challenges you to trust yourself, to discover what acceptance means to you and practice it in some way.
Feel free to inspire others by sharing any ideas you came up with as well as how they’re working.
